Booking policies:
- $25 per person fee for extra person in rooms. This is only allowed in rooms that have more then 1 bed. The price of this fee includes the continental breakfast offered to our guests.
- 30% of the total is required for stays longer then 4 days and a minimum of 1 night deposit for stays less then 4 days is required to hold your reservation.
- Deposits can be made via PayPal or a direct wire transfer. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival to La Posada del Sol Tulum. (Mexican Pesos, US dollars or travelers check.)
- There is a minimum 7 day stay during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
- If you will be arriving late, please make sure to contact us directly via email at info@laposadadelsol.com or telephone at +(52) 1 984 134 8874
from outside of Mexico or 984 134 8874 from within Mexico.
- If you cancel more then 15 days before your reservation you will be charged 1 nights stay.
- If you cancel less then 15 days before your reservation, sorry no refunds.
- During Thanksgiving and Christmas reservations are non-refundable.
- During extreme weather concerns involving tropical storms and hurricanes, La Posada del Sol may close during your stay. Should this happen you will be refunded 100% of your payment.
